一、磁性分离器结构原理

磁性分离器由减速器和磁辊两大部分组成。减速器是通过链条带动磁辊转动,磁辊内装有*强力磁铁,冷却液中的铁屑吸附在磁鼓套表面,压辊将铁屑中的冷却液挤压出去,并流回液箱,铁屑被刮板刮掉后排入污物箱。

STRUCTION：The magnetic separator is consisted of reduction and magnetic roll. Reductions drive the magnetic roll by chain. The magnetic roll with many pieces of permanent magnetic can attract iron particle from cool liquid and make iron particles on the surface of it. Cooling liquid contained in iron fillings is then extruded out by press of magnetic roll and return to liquid tank . Iron filling scraped by rubber fall into dirt box.

二、磁性分离器使用安装

1、磁性分离器的流量应根据机床水泵流量选定,两者应相一致。
